Returns & Exchanges

At Baskèts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred refund method.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
